In this assignment you are to develop a page with frames. Redesign your course Homework Page so that it uses two (2) frames - one on the left side for navigation and one on the right to display the individual homework assignments. The left side should contain links to

the Design Document,

Homework 5,

Homework 6,

Homework 7, and

the index page.

Make the Design Document the default document in the right frame. Make sure that all the links work properly in the page.

When submitting Phase 2 of your web site, also add a link to your Evaluation of a classmate's web site.
